Our products are formulated with the highest quality natural ingredients and essential oils found in USA. We do not use artificial fragrances, sulfates, parabens or preservatives, and source products that are labeled USDA organic certified, and cruelty free. Our African black soap, and raw shea butter is sourced from Ghana.
Our products have no preservatives, therefore has a shelf life of about 6 months. If keep refrigerated, it can last up to 12 months.
We have develop our brand with different skin issues in mind. However, each person’s skin is different and unique. Please do a patch test first before using.
Ordering Questions
If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch by email within 8 hours of placing orders. We will not honor any cancellations or changes after 8 hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) thru STRIPE/PayPal
Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation via email; once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information included. Use this tracking number to keep up with your order while in transit.
Shipping Questions
Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping time is 1-2 business days.
International shipping time can take up to 10-12 business days.
We ship all orders via USPS. We offer expedited shipments, we can ship internationally, and to PO Boxes.
Standard shipping is flat fee $8.00. Expedited shipping is $19.99 in USA only. International shipping is dependent on the location. Orders $50 and up is free shipping in USA only.
